JWD Creative Thank You Gifts

Because sometimes saying thank you simply isn’t enough

Every year, JWD Creative takes it upon itself to go the extra mile in saying thank you to the people that make their continued existence possible. But it was about more than gratitude. It was pure creative exploration and expression. A chance to thank our clients while also getting to flex our creative muscles. That we got to do so while also featuring products from a local business was just the cherry on top. Every year had its own themes and creative challenges. One year we did a lunchbox full of cookies, complete with its own 90s-cartoon-inspired characters and comic book. We even designed a video game console! Games and all.

These projects were always a labor of love for me. Incredibly challenging and multi-faceted, they forced me to think about illustration and design from multiple angles. Art direction, narrative story-telling, packaging design. There’s so much that went into each of these. And while it was great fun to come together as a team to explore themes and ideas and bring them to life, we never lost sight of the goal. At the end of the day, it was all about thanking our clients and giving them something to enjoy on multiple levels.
